2. Orders and confirmation
After you submit the order form (name and phone number), our team contacts you by phone to confirm the product, quantity, price and delivery address. No order is processed until it is confirmed with you by phone. You may change or cancel your order during that call at no cost.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency on the order form and include any promotional discount available at the time of ordering. Payment is made by cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. No prepayment or card details are required to order.
4. Delivery
Delivery is handled by local courier services in each country we serve (Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia and Lithuania). Estimated delivery time is typically a few business days and may vary by region. You will be informed of the expected timeframe during order confirmation.
5. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact our support team and we will help with a return or replacement in line with your statutory consumer rights.
